When are product available? We will load up products to this website every Thursday at 7PM EST.

Do you ship international?
We only ship to within the United States & Canada 

How long does it take to ship? Orders ship typically 1-2 business days after an order is made. 

How much is shipping? Shipping costs vary depending on what you are buying and where you are located. All shipping is calculated at checkout. 

How do you ship? We ship using USPS and shipping is either done through Priority Mail or First Class. Both are decided by the total weight of your order. 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. All Sales are final, unless a mistake is made on our end.

 

Condition Disclaimer: While we try to ensure every item is in the best condition and try to accurately describe every item that might have a flaw, there are times where some items may contain minor marks, dents, scratches, plastic slits, rips, etc. We also cannot control the quality control issues of some of the items that come from The Pokémon Company, some there are many times that some collection boxes will have flaps coming off. 
While we also try to ensure every item is shipped safely, there are times that products may get shifted or slightly damaged in transit which is something out of our control.
